We Automate Your Business’s Manual Work
We design and build custom software for small businesses where a meaningful share of daily work is computer-based, including data entry, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and customer or vendor communication. That work is often too specific to fit off-the-shelf software well, and too small to justify hiring an in-house developer.
What We Offer
Custom Software Development
We design and build the specific application or tool your business needs, when nothing off-the-shelf fits.
Workflow Automation
Automation consulting, integration, and ongoing support for the repetitive, computer-based work already happening in your business.
24/7 Call Handling
A voice agent that answers every call, day or night, books the appointment, and alerts your team, so a missed call never becomes a lost customer.
Always-On Business Assistant
A custom AI assistant built with real context about your business, set up to handle the practical day-to-day work you'd otherwise hand off to a new hire.
Growth Services
Help finding and qualifying new leads for your business, so your pipeline doesn't depend on you doing it all yourself.
How it Works
1. Free discovery conversation
We look at the manual computer work you are currently doing and identify concrete automation opportunities, at no cost.
2. Custom build
We design and build a solution for the specific problem we found, using the technology best suited to get it done fastest, AI-assisted development included.
3. You test it
You test the solution to make sure it's exactly what you expected before anything goes live.
4. We deploy it
We deploy it to production. You pay an ongoing monthly membership to use the automation, or you have the option to buy it outright.
5. Warranty & support
We support the application for 30 days as part of our warranty, then you move into a production support model.
Who This Is For
Businesses where staff time is going into repetitive computer-based work: data entry, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, approvals, or moving information between systems by hand. If a task follows the same steps on a screen every time, it’s worth a look, regardless of your industry or company size.
Common Questions
What kind of work is actually worth automating?
Repetitive, computer-based work that follows a consistent pattern: data entry, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, cross-system syncing, and similar day-to-day tasks. If your team does it the same way over and over on a screen, it's worth a look.
Will we need to replace the software we already use?
In most cases, no. We build around the tools you already use rather than replacing them wholesale, unless what you have genuinely can't support the workflow anymore.
Are you trying to replace people on our team?
No. The goal is freeing your team from repetitive tasks so they can spend time on higher-value work, not reducing your team.
How will we know the automation is actually working?
We define what success looks like with you before we build, starting in the free discovery conversation. You'll see the manual work actually disappear, not just take our word for it.
How much does a project usually cost?
There's no cost for the discovery conversation. Getting the solution built is a one-time build fee. After that, you choose how you pay for ongoing use: an ongoing monthly membership, or a one-time buyout if you'd rather pay once, own it outright, and stop the monthly payments. Hosting and usage costs are billed separately, at cost -- no markup, and once you buy out, they're yours to manage rather than ours to bill.
How long does a project typically take?
It depends on the scope, but most custom builds move from discovery to a working solution in a matter of weeks, not months. We'll give you a real timeline once we've scoped the work together in the discovery conversation.
Do we get to test it before it goes live?
Yes. Before anything is deployed, you test the solution yourself to confirm it does what you expected. Nothing goes to production until you sign off.
What happens after the warranty period ends?
We support the application for 30 days after launch as part of our warranty. After that, you move into a production support model.
